Karen Swint is a consultant of LAeRRICO & partners. She and Leigh Ann Errico, principal of LAeRRICO & partners, have worked together professionally off and on for over 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
Karen has held various areas of responsibility within Human Resources for close to two decades. Most recently, she was employed with Daiichi Sankyo, a global pharmaceutical company headquartered in Japan, as an Employee Relations consultant and, immediately prior, as the Sr. Director, Human Resources Business Partners and Employment Practices. Karen’s other pharmaceutical experience has been with companies such as Schering-Plough, Pharmacia, and Forest Laboratories.
In addition to working in the pharmaceutical industry, Karen has worked in a variety of other industries, such as insurance, banking, and manufacturing. Her diverse background includes people development, confidential internal investigations, policy development, training and development, project management, restructure and transformation, diversity and inclusion, recruiting, EEO, AAP, and policy development. Karen also has other consulting experience as the Project Manager/Trainer for Directors Advisory Services, Inc., a consulting firm that specializes in civil rights laws and regulations, and as the Consultant and Director, Sales and Services for Manor Lawton, a consulting firm that specializes in HR, Search, Diversity and Community Relations.
Karen holds a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Hampton University.
